WALLINGFORD- Choate got goals from four different players as they went on to

defeat Loomis 4-0 today. Justin Robertson started the scoring and Nate

Stanglein added another tally later on in the first. The goalies took over

in the second period, and both teams were held scoreless. In the third,

Choate got goals from Cameron DeYoung and Jeff Dwyer to put the nail in

the coffin. Mike Velez had two assists for Choate, and John Speer recorded

his first shutout in his first start for the Wild Boars, who will travel

to Kent on Saturday.
