U.S. Under-18 Select Roster Set 

Here's the roster for the USA Hockey Under-18 Select Team that will be representing the U.S. at the Four Nations Tournament next month in Slovaka. 

Sixteen of the players named are '83 birthdates. Four -- defenseman Mark Stuart, and forwards Patrick Eaves, Zach Parisé, and Brett Sterling -- are '84s. All of the players invited competed in the recent 16 and 17 Festivals in St. Cloud, Minn.

The head coach will be Mark Osiecki of the USHL champion Green Bay Gamblers. Assistants will be Scott Paluch of Boston College and John Micheletto of Notre Dame.  

Teams listed below are last year's teams.

The team will leave from Minneapolis, arrive in Vienna on Sat. August 12, and the following day will begin a three-game exhibition series vs. Slovakia. The tournament begins on Friday the 18th with a game against the Czech Republic. On Saturday, the U.S. plays Slovakia, and then faces off against Canada in the final game on Sunday.
